Abstract

The subordination of world political leaders to those who control money was predictable for at least a century when one of the first financial capitalists, Mayer Anshel Rothschild, was quoted as saying: Let me issue and control the money of the nation, and I do not care who writes the laws.
The economic storm that has been hitting economies across the globe is intensifying one of the worst and most disconcerting currency crises since the system of fixed exchange rates collapsed a quarter of a century ago.
As The Wall Street Journal characterized the latest series of global economic catastrophes. The problem is that nobody seems to have a viable solution.
