Abstract

At the end of the seventies there was a country that had more than 150 years of existence, very small, but very productive, where very industrious people and prominent citizens lived who worked hard and invested their savings in the purchase of raw materials, machinery, equipment and payment of wages.
They took care of their lands, cleaning them, irrigating them and applying all kinds of chemical materials that made them have a high yield in terms of kilograms, of everything that was grown.
Its production was, remembering a menu of those that provide in a restaurant, of on table and after dessert, "coffee and sugar", even though there was also an entry, "shrimp".
There was also a crop that at one time came to be produced even on the stones, "cotton", and that today is a species on the verge of extinction.
