Abstract

The massification and politicization in the management of university education have been pointed out as the factors of loss of prestige, as well as the low academic level in certain private universities.
The main reason is unknown, but it is clear that a number of them offer more than they can give.
Due to its magnitude, this study represents the first part of a permanent investigation.
For the year two thousand and one the following approaches are sought: Index of global satisfaction in the universities, Index of satisfaction by service of private and national schools, satisfaction index by career.
