Abstract

If we could graph or take a picture today of the socio-economic and political reality of the country, we would reveal a society going through an integral crisis caused by endogenous and exogenous factors. The internal causes are diverse and cumulative.
They begin with the very origins of territorial narrowness, inadequate education, malnutrition and high demographic density; but to these natural factors are added those acquired and that, over time, being almost ancestral, have been identified as structural.
The lack of a path for a lack of planning is convenient in a reactive society in an act of "let's see what comes up, let do - let go" and "is made the way to walk", which forms a whole "culture" of inertia worrying.
