Movement of a wave in a string considering the stiffness of the medium, finite difference modeling in Python

The movement of a wave in a string in reality is affected by various fabrication characteristics of the string, its stiffness, damping, among other parameters that are not normally taken into account in basic physics courses. In this article, the implementation of a simulation of the movement of a wave in a string is carried out, taking into account its stiffness.For this the Python software was used, generating signal graphics and power spectrum in different forms of excitation of the string.
