In this work, a comparative analysis of the topics related to the addition and subtraction of vectors, kinematics and dynamics (forces) that corresponds to the programmatic content of the First Unit, of the General Physics subject (FS104), is carried out during three different periods. The first period considered corresponds to the Second Academic Period of the year 2019 (II PAC 2019), which was taught in face-to-face mode, the second period considered corresponds to the Third Academic Period of the year 2021 (III PAC 2021) and the third period considered corresponds to the First Academic Period of the year 2022 (I PAC 2022), which were taught in virtual mode. For the analysis, an adaptation of the difficulty index was used for the criteria that were considered for each of the Unit topics. A survey was also carried out on students where a description of the student’s perception is presented in relation to different topics related to: the content of the subject, connectivity, the availability of electricity, the technology used for connectivity, among others, which allows to contextualize the field of development of the student. The survey considered the population of students enrolled during the I PAC 2022 in virtual mode in the subject FS104 at UNAH-CU, whose sample consisted of 246 students distributed among the 15 sections of the subject that was taught during the academic period. Likewise, it compiles the teaching perception about different topics, in order to broaden the panorama and identify, through the exploratory analysis of the themes and the descriptive analysis of the information provided, by the students and teachers, conditions that make the procedural analysis not reflect being superior in the virtual modality compared to the face-to-face
