The geodesic of motion for stars and photons around a Kerr-MOG black hole is calculated using symmetry concepts from general theory of relativity. With the help of these findings, we were able to calculate the mass (m) and spin (a) of the black hole in terms of the blueshift and redshift of a photon produced by a star around the black hole. Our results, which account for star orbits that are not in the equatorial plane (θE = π/2 ), allow us to express constraints that may aid in the verification of general theory of relativity in the presence of strong gravitational fields.
