The results suggest improving the learning evaluation processes of the teachers of the ULEAM, Bahía de Caráquez extension, in the professional training of third level students. This research shows that the evaluation of learning is based not only on the ability to know a content (teaching), but also that other factors intervene, such as learning and in the midst of this, the tasks as an axiom of training and development of the capacities of the students. sayers.
