Victimo Genesis

Abstract

As responsible of the scientific unit to reduce secondary victimization, endorsed by the Teacher Improvement Program, we have initiated an intensive investigation into the criminal genesis that affects vulnerable or no, in society, but in this case people victims of the legal system who approach the public authorities to expose their criminal drama, hence this simple research article exposes the genesis of the victims, with the main objectiveof generating knowledge for criminologists, jurists and experts in the matter of victims, throughout the scientific method of interdisciplinarity of which criminology is embraced to reflect on the processof victimization.
