Analysis of creativity in Mediation

Abstract

Creativity is important for mediation, as well as the rest of the Methods of Resolution, because with this you can find different ways to formulate the possible solution of the conflict that is mediated. It is important to analyze what generates the creativity in the field of mediation, such as reaching a new solution, a different response to the conflict, facilitates the resolution of the problems between the parts, since they were somehow unable to find a solution or engaged in such a conflict, without being able to resolve is themselves, so much they had to go with a third person. Therefore, it is essential to take in mind the presence of creativity within mediation, as well as the components that integrate it, to understand how it develops in the mediation and how it favors creativity in the mediation process.
