The states at the world level during the health crisis have implemented several public policies that allow the economic, political, and social development of their societies, which is why its execution is of the utmost importance to respond to the different social demands, health, education, employment, and social development. Likewise, citizen participation in the different public policies that each State implements is considered fundamental because it is fundamental element and a condition for promoting democratic governance and being able to become a mechanic for social empowerment. For this reason, it is necessary to study the different measures implemented by the State of Nicaragua, since there is a lack of knowledge and, above all, of information on the part of society regarding health measures.
