Abstract

In the current context of legal provisions on electronic billing in El Salvador, we had the honor of interviewing the engineer Nelson Chicas. In his capacity as founder and Executive Director of Findex (https://findex.la/), engineer Chicas shares his career as entrepreneur and tells us the steps that led him to build the firm that provides services and avant garde techniques in the context of electronic billing. The experience he shares with us encompasses the achievements and challenges faced until this moment and how he turned these challenges into opportunities.

Additionally, he speaks about his long-term perspectives for his firm. He emphasizes the commitment of his firm in order to provide services with quality and excellence that make it possible to adapt to the changing dynamics of business context.
