Impact of social networks in the educational environment

This essay explains the advantages of using social networks in educational settings and develops a systematic analysis of the benefits that may arise when using social networks in education. Therefore, it is necessary to define the categories of analysis: first, education as the training process aimed at developing intellectual, cognitive and educational skills. Likewise, in educational settings, students have the possibility of interacting with their peers and other actors in the environment and their family nucleus. That is, schools of basic, middle or higher education are linked with primary and secondary social groups
