Abstract

It is shown how the management of adverse events in health care establishments can be improved with the training of work-teams in Kaizen quality methodologies and tools, which help to develop micro projects focused on improve the results of specific processes. Finally, this strengthens the quality culture in the institutions and patient´s safety.
