Molecular detection of cow and shit genes of Helicobacter pylori in isolates from irrigation water and drinking water

Helicobacter pylori infection is one of the most common problems in the world. It is proven that the infection produced by this gram-negative microaerobic bacteria is one of the causal factors in the development of peptic ulcer disease, gastric adenocarcinoma and primary B-cell lymphoma. The transmission of the bacteria occurs mainly from person to person through the fecal route. -oral and oral-oral, as well as by ingesting contaminated water.
