The deficiency in the comprehension of the reading presented by some of the students who enter the University is one of the many problems that teachers of different careers face. This problem has its origins in the traditional methods used to teach reading to the students in their first school years, being a generally mechanical reading. Among these methods are syllabic, phonetic and alphabetic, which come from the letter to the syllable, from the syllable to the word and from the word to the phrase; eat also that the student can learn the sounds of each of the letters that make up the alphabet; they neglect the needs and interests of the students that help them find themselves motivated to let reading into their lives. To achieve this, a series of aspects are involved that will lead to an understanding of reading analysis and synthesis. There are three stages of learning for reading: global perception of the phrase, global perception of the word and analysis and synthesis of the word. These stages lead the student to fix the great difficulties of reading. To achieve this, the teacher must use the reading methods required by new schools and among them are the global method, which follows other methods such as endogenous (Learn to think by reading well, Argudin 2001).
