The research revolves around, and briefly explains the purpose of the investigation. What is a problem? Scientific research forms a cycle that begins with a problem and ends with the solution to the problem. The definition of the problem becomes the central theme in which all of the research? It is a situation that causes the researcher to feel apprehensive, confused and sometimes even sick. It is the demarcation of the problem within a certain context including the who or what, the where, and the reason for the situation of the problem. There are many circumstances from which investigations arise. Three sources contribute to the identification of the problem. The experiences themselves or others; Secondly it could be scientific research. We could read some literature and observe that certain areas were not covered. This could lead to an investigation of the problem. Third theories, deficiencies in them can be investigated.
