Need to transform the process of scientific investigation in the high school of el salvador
Abstract
Scientific research is the process that we implement to build new knowledge aimed at generating innovative processes that lead to the solution of problems and needs that affect the development of countries. For this reason, nations like Germany and the United States of America, among others, have reached higher stages in all fields, from incorporating it, which has allowed them to develop in both social and productive spheres. In Europe, mainly, the countries have implemented an instrument called «Oslo Manual»1, which is a guide for carrying out measurements and studies of scientific-technological activity, whose first edition in 1992 focused on the manufacturing sector; the second, carried out in 1997, extended its application to the services sector; and the third, in 2005, directed governments to adapt their innovation policies.
