It is important to analyze changes in children‘s behavior and attitudes inkindergarten education. The formation of values that begins at home has a direct influence on the relationships they will establish with their peers. The purpose of this research article is to present a first approximation of the results of an investigation on the culture of peace in the development of the kindergarten education curriculum, based on the contributions of students studying early childhood and kindergarten education. A survey with closed and open questions was applied, the data were processed in a database with the SPSS program, all participants were second and third year students of early childhood education. Some conclusions show, on the one hand, the absence of the culture of peace theme in the kindergarten education syllabus as well as in the curriculum of the career and that the practice shows incorrect ways to resolve conflicts.
