Abstract

Juan Bautista Arríen congratulates to the “Martin Luther King” Institute of the UPOLI, on the occasion of the celebration of its 20 years of existence, recognizing its commendable work in Nicaragua. Arrien refers to the culture of peace as the root and the horizon of a universal aspiration in the system of War and Peace. He points out the Culture of Peace Journal as an open space for thought, proposals of the high national intelligence, which face with scientific inspiration the ramifications of an ethical commitment in favor of people and the country҆s well-being.
