Abstract

Francisco Lacayo Parajón analyzes the major paradigms that have deeply penetrated into the thoughts and social practice in our history, showing their limits, need for reinvention and new contracts with society. The culture is rescued overcoming the historical status and role which it had been assigned to appreciate again and place it as an important support – as it represents the new wealth of the future – of the economic and social development, which does not mean that these be its first and only reason.
