Abstract

This article briefly annotates the concept of peace and progressive evolution of the human right to peace and mentions some elements of the Santiago Declaration on Human Right to Peace, proposes the Nicaraguan State and other national and international individuals, support for the approval of the resolution in the Organization of the United Nations (UN), which would convert it into an international legal instrument for Member States.
