Cefas Asensio Flórez comments on the Decalogue of the University Professor, originally proposed by the great Nicaraguan educator Dr. Carlos Tünnerman Bernheim. Tünnerman Bernheim’s proposal arises from a life dedicated to education and from experience in higher education.
