Analysis of the abuses committed by majority partners against minorities in anonymous corporate society; some alternative of solutions

In the present research is made an analysis of the major abuses done by members who holds most of corporate capital in detriment of minority stakes in the Nicaraguan corporation. In this sense is proposed as main objective to formulate some paths of conflict solutions, taking into account the alternatives that exist in national law, comparative law and jurisprudence, in the interest of proposing some mechanisms of protection of the minorities in corporate commercial practice Nicaraguan, going deep on the rights of minority shareholders, currently has a most relevant in the context of foreign investment and globalization.
