Derived from the constant transformation in Family Law institutions in Mexico; it is fundamental strengthening figures such as foster care family with the intention of achieving certainty and legal protection for a vulnerable sector in our country, such as that of Mexican children. For that reason, it is not enough that its recognition in the General Law of the Rights of Girls, Boys and Adolescents; that although it becomes an important precedent, it is necessary that there be a comprehensive, clear and harmonized reform through family and / or civil coding. For the purposes of correct regulation of institutions such as parental authority and civil liability to parents for the effects of damages caused to their children under 18 years of age.
