This article will present some ideas about the motivation and commitment of employees within companies, and how this has become a key tool to enhance their development and evolution. Although there has been a lot of writing about these topics, we will try to focus and analyze from the theoretical concepts about organizational engagement, and the impact that it can have on the culture and organizational results, approached from the perspective of humanization and positive psychology in the labor relations.
