Definition of telework competences from internationals competitiveness for the year 2021

Abstract

The research includes a review and study of the indicators provided in the report of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) and the World Economic Forum (WEF) as a vision of those who propose new technologies for the development of the society. The research method is oriented towards the review of competitiveness indicators in the field of innovation that in a positive way with the performance of skills for teleworking at a professional level in Latin America, which manages to generate matrices with the proposal of profiles for jobs that are ideal for professional teleworking and that improve with the digital transformation of companies through innovation.
