The Republic of Cuba is immersed in the improvement of management systems and the need for a profound process of revision of what is learned and taught. To this end, study programs have been developed to enhance the professional’s formation, such as the conformation of Study Plan E of the Civil Engineering career. This plan includes the subject Labor Practice of Construction Execution management which requires the integrated appropriation of the contents and the development of the skills stated in the professional model. For this reason, it is proposed to carry out the curriculum design of this subject that helps the development skills and values of the student from this perspective. For this purpose, it was applied research methods of theoretical, empirical, and statistical, which allowed verifying the feasibility of the contributions research to this subject.
