Abstract

The present research is aimed at the preparation of teachers for the achievement of pedagogical vocational formation. the authors of the work carried out by distinguished exponents of Cuban pedagogy, elaborated the theoretical foundation, emphasizing the pedagogical process, motivation, interests, and knowledge about the profession, as well as the stages of vocational formation and fundamental conceptions of the teacher’s formation. Theoretical, empirical, and mathematic-statistical methods are used, which make it possible to verify the problem at the level of development of pedagogical vocational formation. To contribute to the solution of the problem, a system activity is proposed, which is valued as very adequate by specialists. The conception of the designed activities constitutes innovation of this research since they are an effective way to develop a level of professional preparation and therefore strengthen the pedagogical vocational formation the practical meaning of the developed research, is ratified by obtained results.
