This research has been carried out in the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Holguin supported in two Projects of Enterprise Development: with the Factory of Agricultural Implements “26 de Julio” and the Center of Technology and Industrial Quality (CTEC), both in the province of Holguin and takes as support the Course #34: “Formative Learning and Personal Growth”, dictated by Dr. Raquel Bermudez in Pedagogy 2005, and has the purpose of analyzing how Formative Learning applied to Professional Practices in Mechanical Engineering students at the University of Holguin, located in the different productive entities of the territory, contribute to the professional and integral formation of the students.
