Abstract

Global food production is in the hands of large international corporations , however households play an important role in food production . A key aspect to be highlighted is the food culture of the population in terms of food selection is concerned. The working methodology was based on the literature review and the corresponding analysis.
Return to agroecological production implemented by rural communities , indigenous peoples and ethnic communities should be a focal point in achieving food security.
