Abstract

The Right to Resources in Criminal Trials is based on Article 82 of the Constitution which guarantees the right to defence which does not correspond only to the defendant but also to any person through the Right of action asks the court applying legal standards to the case.

The present paper explores the different resources and procedural ways of Honduran law including procedural rules and extra-criminal procedures.
