Abstract

Freedom of Association is a right protected by our constitution in article 78, which facilitates or enables citizens to constitute all kinds of associations regardless of trends, as long as they are not contrary to law, thereby seeking to improve and defend conditions of interest groups with different ideological, political or religious trends to strengthen civil society and the voice of public opinion, necessary in a Democratic country.

This is a mission for our positive law, not only not to undermine this natural right of association, but also to impose the necessary defense against any attack of a particular community or individual that tends to deny, abolish or prevent its implementation.
