Abstract

This article seeks to initiate a referential reflective analysis process in the reader for the redesign in the way we conceive of work in Latin America in which someone owns the means of production and to this employer or principal that we must subject the telework far from a panacea, rather a reflexive output free from the shackles concept of function, time and task which provides the opportunity to present our ideas and contributions toward real independence both mentally and in our daily work.

Teleworking also presents a solution to the education and training in which the person is worth the knowledge intellectual prowess, it could not become the ideal output but in front of the dilapidated structures and operating a regional low level of educational systems, this could be an alternative for Hondurans to acquire a culture of self-study and ongoing training, a fact which could be highly profitable in a world that moves by certificates of quality and results-oriented scientific criteria.
