Abstract

The following investigation aims to demonstrate the needs that start through the evolution of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) with the transformation of the social behavior of individuals, where technological advances have led to the digitization of rights employment of people, adapting to the new living conditions generated by the confinement during the COVID-19 pandemic in the world, referring to the figure of teleworking as a newly created norm and the imperative need that exists to know its scope , risks and challenges and classify them within the Honduran legal system taking as a theoretical basis the Spanish normative body.
