ANALYSIS OF EXECUTIVE DECREE NUMBER PCM 10-2023 (SUSPENSION OF CONSTITUTIONAL GUARANTEES IN HONDURAS)

Abstract

At present, the suspension of Constitutional Guarantees has been resorted to more frequently, granting a certain degree of flexibility to the legal framework that contains and counterbalances the activity of the police investigation bodies, who in their actions must always confront their actions with the constitutional framework unaltered and therefore in force, without forgetting that due process as a Constitutional and Conventional Guarantee, does not enter the list of suspended Constitutional Guarantees.
