INTRODUCTION

Abstract

We are delighted to share with you this new edition, which reflects our ongoing commitment to academic excellence and the dissemination of legal knowledge. The Law Journal of the Legal Research Institute of the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the National Autonomous University of Honduras presents its forty-fourth (44th) volume, number one (1), corresponding to the year two thousand twenty-three (2023).

All research papers and/or articles meet the rigorous standards of scientific and legal research methodology. Our journal has become the preferred platform for many who have the discipline and rigor to present their scientific findings and conjectures to the intellectual community and the general public, shedding light and facilitating the interpretation of legal reality in the brightness of truth proven in their works.
