This research has lead us to learn, document, analyze and be aware of the difficult situation our country is facing because of the high costs of production and marketing of hydropower and thermal energy. First high costs of investment in construction and generation. Second the high costs of fossil fuel consumption petroleum investing millions in state sums, this activity accompanied by contracts that affect the country´s economy.

It can be concluded that the country has a natural alternative to generate energy that will allow tangible savings to the state and the general public, in consequence ” The New Renewable Sources and Generation of Clean Energy their Honduras Regulations” are being recommended. These will allow those costs and investments be converted into savings and then be transferred on invested in Social Projects which are of great need.
