This current investigation develops the subject “Conflict of laws and simultaneity of criminal acts” which presents some grade of difficulty not only in the teaching, but also in the professional exercise, by which it is addressed, from the doctrinaire point of view, concerning its origins, how it is regulated in a compared legislation, to conclude its study in the way it is regulated in our current Criminal Code. Besides the doctrinaire explanation, practical examples about the subject are included in the work, which will help to comprehend in a better way the theme, otherwise it will result difficult to understand and know how to apply it in specific cases. It is expected that with the development of the subject, it contributes in a positive way to the comprehension of itself, as well as in its application, thereby achieving that the penalties applied to the people that commit crimes are based in the way in which this juridical figures are regulated in the Criminal Code, therefore contributing to the better application of justice, by respecting the constitutional rights of the criminals.
