Abstract

In the current environment of socio-economic international crisis (2007-2012), the industrial sector of the met­ropolitan region Guadalajara (RMG) experiences a consistent loss in the capacity utilisations of the workforce. Opposite to this adverse scene, it ensues from our interest to know and to explain which is the condition that guards the workforce that works in the industry of the electronics located in the above mentioned territorial portion, although in the last quarter of century his activity is revealed like of the majo With the intention of offering a response to the above mentioned interest, we try to analyze the productive and territorial configuration of the workforce used in the industry of the electronics. To expire with the above mentioned intention, we provide empirical evidence on the performance that the workforce, permanent and temporary, experiments on the regional space and intrarregional, as well as in each of seven productive branches that shape the industry of the electronics.
