Abstract

The borderline Association of Municipalities Border “MAFRON” by agreement established with the Ministry of Health has implemented in the municipality of Langue a pilot project of health services decentralization, this allows to immediately solve problems of drug supply, logistics and supplies, as well as the lack of human resources in the health units which compose the services network in the municipality. Meanwhile this model allows the community to actively and socially participate regarding the performance of employees and the use of economic resources employed in the health unit, as well as a greater organization to assist in the management and administration of services and the preservation of health through the practice of habits and appropriate lifestyle for the residents of the municipality
