The countries of the northern hemisphere have technology for the development of scientific studies. However, the countries of Central America have been weakened for the lack of technology. The academic preparation in the countries of the South hemisphere is very competitive, since students do thesis that make them suitable to apply directly to doctoral studies in North America and Europe. However, the number of undergraduate and postgraduate scholarships have decreased in the southern hemisphere.Downloads
