Abstract

One of the greatest challenges that Latin American countries face to achieve human development is to formulate and implement innovative, inclusive and coherent public policies with the search for optimized and transcendent human well-being, strengthening multidimensional and inclusive public spaces, generated beyond the political stance, in an accelerated and urgent search for the common good that has to become the essence of life and reason for being of every human being and what he undertakes from now on.
