Abstract

For those of us who participate in the process of construction of the Doctorate, it does over twenty-seven years, we couldn't imagine how far it was going to go until they achieve their academic solidity. Two years passed (1994-1995) we transferred borders, we carry out multiple procedures, consult specialists, seek support international academic, we persuade the authorities of the UNAH of that time, until its approval under the development approach human, and was approved as a Doctorate in Social Sciences with orientation in Development Management. The historic first promotion started in August of the year 1996 with 17 students, all teachers of the National Autonomous University of Honduras.
