Abstract

Talking about Human Development in the current context implies thinking about the human condition in this 21st century, its limits, its possibilities. It is in a change of Epoch where humanity faces a new reality: the world of Big Data. This meeting of synaptic configuration between mind / machine opens fields of reflexivity on the present and future of Sapiens Sapiens. Inserts already in this 4th. Industrial Revolution it is clearer to map the existing levels of development on the planet, at the level of regions, ethnic groups. There is greater inequality not only in the enjoyment and satisfaction of basic needs but also in the possibility of being able to know, generate and produce forms of human life. The global crisis is expressed in diverse and multiple ways in the daily lives of billions of humans. It would be a one-dimensional error to confine it only to the economic dimension; The crisis of humanity today invites us to rigorously think about a scientific theory of Human development that allows hope for a Welfare society.
