Society and citizens in times of uncertainty: when participation is necessary

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to analyze how it affects society and the men and women who live in them in times of insecurity and uncertainty, how resurfaces the idea of civil society and citizenship, the recovery of the role of citizens and how it's done necessary transformation and adaptation of democratic structures through more direct participation of citizens in public affairs.
