The article proposes an epistemic approach from the action-reflection-action relationship, about a greater conceptualization of civil resistance and nonviolent social struggle, in their interaction, overlap and specificities. To do this, it will start from the integration and discussion of approaches and experiences of different authors and social fighters, based on conceptual axes such as disobedience, power, the construction of moral and nonviolent weapons, the awareness of bodies and their identities, levels of actions. Finally, an analysis will be made, from these variables, of the nonviolent civil resistance of the families of victims of disappearances and murders in Mexico, based on the National Search Brigades.
