Abstract

The development Salvadorean Justice has to overcome is a big challenge, because it is not only a matter of constitutional principles to safeguard, but challenges are also technological since our information society is constantly and urgently claiming to incorporate new technologies in our daily lives; There can not be a lag time in this technological advancement in the justice system. There are clear progress lines in which the Salvadorean Supreme Court of Justice has considered to modernize or digitalize its systems, but such initiatives shouldn’t stay only as an answer on solving COVID-19 remote working needs, it should be clearly directed to modernize their justice system to update an attribution of a ¨"prompt and fulfilled Justice¨" as mandated by Salvadorean constitution.
