Abstract

This article analyzes Biolaw as a discipline that is based on the relationship between bioethics and human rights, if these are understood as principles that affect issues of the development of human life in their application. The concept of human rights is developed, its quality as principles and examples are shown of the way in which the Judicial Power of the Federation of Mexico has applied them in bioethical issues.
