This research work describes the characteristics of resilience of teachers of the undergraduate courses of the Higher Institute of Police Education (ISEPOL) in times of covid_19, through the use of digital tools, in response to the expansion of the coronavirus. Based on restrictions imposed by the government, ISEPOL implements classes through digital tools, adapting its actions to CONES directives, traditionally face-to-face police training became remote, and teachers went through a process of adaptation to the needs of the moment. In the research, the difficulties of teachers in remote work for the development of classes with digital tools are determined, the actions of the teachers are described, the characteristics of the distance classes are analyzed, the level of digital competence they possess is identified. ISEPOL undergraduate teachers. To achieve the proposed objectives, the theoretical points regarding the problem are developed, the qualitative and cross-sectional research method is used, concluding on the resilience of teachers of undergraduate courses in times of pandemic. It is shown that digital tools and teacher training played an important role for the development of classes in a synchronous and asynchronous way, the main difficulties are overcome reaching a 100% conclusion, complying with the outlined schedule and considerably raising the digital skills of the students. teachers. Recommendations are made to improve the police education system and encourage future research related to this work.
